I see so many entrance areas that look like some maintenance guy just poured caustic degreaser on the entrance way. I am starting to educate my customers on how they actually save money hiring a professional service provider! I wrote an article about it on my power washing blog 👀

This is a bigger issue than most property owners realize. A lot of people think stronger chemicals = better cleaning, but harsh caustic degreasers can permanently discolor or damage concrete surfaces. Educating customers on proper cleaning methods and surface-safe products definitely saves money long term 👍
